PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED FOR CE CREDITS.
The ISCEBS NY Metro Chapter invites you and other colleagues in the HR, Benefits, and Employee Wellbeing space to its annual Benefits 360 Program, held virtually, for your convenience.  Over two years ago, COVID-19 drastically disrupted our lives, and although we may be through the worst of it, its impact is still felt and will for years to come.  The “new normal” brings new vision and expectations for employees and employers, alike.  What’s truly important has come into focus, and Benefits 360 will shine a light on what professionals in the employee benefits space should know to take greater pre-emptive steps in the crafting of their new strategies.

  • Have you heard about Caregiving Benefits?  They have become a very important benefit to employees.  By program’s end, you will understand what they are, and how they can enhance an employee’s life.
  • Benefits are not a one-size-fits-all solution; they should be just as diverse as your employee population.  Employees want plans for themselves and their families that suit their particular needs – voluntary benefits, with the support of a personalized enrollment experience.  What can this look like in your organization?
  • How can you more effectively communicate and keep employees engaged, not just during open enrollment but the throughout the entire year?  We can give you some ideas.
  • There is a lot of talk about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), but do you really understand what it is, and how to implement a meaningful program?  You will!
  • Wild fluctuations in the stock market, what does this mean in relation to retirement and succession planning?  What is coming down the pike?  We will share the top DC trends and developments!

Benefits 360 grants you access to subject matter experts, whose informational format will provide you with invaluable tools and resources to best serve your organization, and populations - in the face of the Great Resignation dilemma.
