The ISCEBS NY Metro Chapter invites you and others in the HR, Benefits, Employee Well-Being, and Employer Consulting space to our annual Benefits 360 Program, held virtually, for your convenience. With the Pandemic now behind us, we need to redefine who we are as employee-centric organizations.

Employees’ perceptions of life at work as well as their benefit needs have shifted. Supporting employees’ ever-evolving needs, both in-and-out of work, is paramount to an organization’s success as it relates to talent recruitment, retention, and overall productivity. 55% of the workforce is female. How should those operating in the benefits landscape conquer it in the new normal? Benefits 360 highlights several hot topics which will empower you to develop an impactful benefits strategy to best serve you internal and external clients.

• Are you prepared to address the fact that the future is female? By the program’s end, you will understand the impact of this dynamic, and how thoughtful considerations can enhance employees' lives. 
• A company’s benefits must be diverse and inclusive to best serve their employee population. Unique voluntary benefits allow employees to build the benefits that best suit their needs and those of their families.
  
• Rx costs are a significant factor in the overall cost of employee benefits.  We’ll share strategies to drive down overall costs, better understand the health benefits of products and learn about innovative procurement ideas.
• What are the latest well-being trends? We’ll talk about how organizations  build an engaging holistic healthy environment that fosters employee healthful habits. A valued skill set that will bring more quality to employees’lives, and more energy to an organization.
• 401(k) Plan legislation has changed over the last few years. How can we be assured that we’ve implemented these changes properly, and what about SECURE 2.0?
