Dave Lee, MBA
President, NFP Rx Solutions
Dave started his career in 1989 with Merck Pharmaceuticals, and held numerous leadership positions in the Corporate Headquarters and Field Operations. He spent 13-yrs as the Director – Managed Markets where he was responsible for overseeing all Managed Markets channels including Health Plans, PBMs, Employers, Government Affairs, and Employee Benefit Consultants.
After 22 years with Merck, Dave became President of ProCareRx PBM, one of the largest privately held PBMs in the nation covering over 9,000,000 lives, he then started a full-service pharmacy consulting company to help employers and patients lower their pharmacy expenses.
Dave then joined NFP in 2018, and he is now the President of the NFP Rx Solutions Division based in St. Louis, MO. Dave received his B.S. in Business Administration from the U. of Missouri- St. Louis, and his MBA from St. Louis University.
During his free time, Dave enjoys travelling and outdoor activities with his wife, Elaine, and two children, Michael and Lauren.
Nelly Rose, PharmD
AVP of Clinical Pharmacy, NFP Rx Solutions
Clinical oversight and consultation are the cornerstones of NFP Rx Solutions service model. Nelly joined NFP in 2017, bringing with her over 15 years of pharmacy experience across multiple lines of business in the healthcare industry.
As Assistant Vice President of Clinical Pharmacy, Nelly supports NFP Rx Solutions with clinical insights, new initiatives, and strategic analysis for healthcare trends across the industry. Her versatile experience and passion for growth spearheads innovation resulting in optimal client outcomes.
Nelly received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
